smartCARS Problem

Hi,

I Installed smartCARS but I can't open it. I get an 'invalid entry' message when I enter my ID and password, the same ones I use to log into the website..

Also, when I log onto the website the home page is incomplete. A lot of empty boxes. My browser is IE. But, I have no problem when I log in on my Macbook.

Reinstalling didn't help.

Hi Jack. We may experience some bumps along the way with the new ACARS so thanks for sharing the problems you are having. As for the site and using IE, I use CHROME and just tested the site using IE and your right even with compatibility mode on it doesn't help and is missing some stuff. If you can maybe DL CHROME and try that because after I made the change I havnt ever had any problems with any sites. Im not sure why its like that.

SmartCars- We already had ad issue with our CRO getting into the ACARS also and he tracked the problem dow for him and it was "UPDATE FOR .NET FRAMWEORKS" So I will check with Cameron to see where to get the update.

Yes, Bill. Bringing the site up on CHROME worked. Thanks for that.

Now if I could only log into smartCARS without getting an 'Invalid Entry" message, even though I use my VA ID and password.

As I indicated earlier, to fix the website problem I downloaded Chrome as a workaround to log into the site instead of using my regular IE browser. Using IE produced a corrupted image.

I'd prefer to use my regular browser, however.

As far as launching eraCARS, I entered my e-mail address as the ID instead of my ERR code and then used my same password.
