Special note: Please be aware that this questionnaire will reflect on the operation, management, and experience side of our virtual airline. These questions are not aimed towards the current acars system (VAFS) that we have implemented. We are currently in the process of switching acars to a SMARTCARS style tracking program which will greatly improve acars performance. Please keep that in mind when rating each question. Please answer to the best of your knowledge. Your answers to this survey, are for informational purposes only and will in no way relate to your profile or views in the VA. No information on this survey will be made public to anyone.
