Attention All-
Over the past weeks I have been working to help update our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The most current version (Version 2.0) has been uploaded to the Application section of our website. When opened to the beginning, there is a list of revisions made to the old manual. When time permits, I ask that you please review the revisions made and if you have any issues with the content, please contact myself at CRO@eravirtualairways.org with your concerns. The majority of the changes were re-wordings but a few topics have been updated or added. I will be periodically updating this manual as operational changes occur. I have attached the updated SOP to this thread for quick reference.
