-WEEKEND AROUND ALASKA- (CLOSED)

Weekend around Alaska results:

4 of our top pilots took advantage of this past weekends event. A grueling adventure circling the outer reaches of Alaska stretching from Barrow, down to Ketchikan, out to Kodiak, up to Unalakleet, then finally back to Barrow.

A trek consisting of 3878 miles and only 1 pilot was able to complete the entire trip. ERR707 Clifford P flew all 3878 miles and brought himself safely back to Barrow.

Other notables include ERR147 Cam G who flew 2463 miles, ERR483 Dave M who flew 2105 miles, and Diego N who flew 603 miles.

ALL RANKS ARE ALLOWED TO FLY THE KING AIR FOR THIS WEEKEND ONLY! Carenado C90, B200 and Default King Air 350 are all allowed.

If you land at an airport that someone else has landed at, make sure you take the exact tail number plane you brought in. We don't want anyone stranded.
Make all the necessary fuel calculations for your journey.. You may land somewhere there isn't enough fuel, so plan on having enough fuel to make the next leg or two.

Well, I won't finish this one but I'll give it the ol' ERA try! Be busy Sat/Sun/Mon/Tues.................wow, I haven't been in the KIng Air in a long long time...hope we have a good turn out!!!

I wont be able to finish it either. I'll probably get a good portion of the legs at night but ill give it a try....now if we extend it through monday i might be all the way around, haha!!

Cameron, I might be able to extent it through Monday an midnight. I will look into it.

Nice going Clifford! That's a long time listening to the buzz of a King Air! Not too shabby either Cameron! Glad you had time to makes some flights Diego. I know you're pretty busy with VATSIM and such. Thanks Bill for putting that together.

Felt good to dig that KA 200 out of the hangar and stretch its wings. Got about 3/4 finished. Fun, Challegning special ops....thanks guys!
