Just a note to say "WELL DONE" ERA pilots! The Flight Ratings have not gone below 100 in any of your flights and that is commendable. It is real easy to overbank and damage cargo or to land above 300FPM especially on some of these tundar "runways". Our flight hours are increasing dailey as well as our pilot roster. Good to have all you new pilots on board!
