The last year we put together the Pilot of the month program and after a few months into it we decided to re-structure our whole operation and that put a temp hold on the pilot of the month program. We are starting the program back starting December 2013. At the end of each month we will be looking at several things that will determine the pilot that has earned the award. We will be looking at total of flights,hours and pilot rating for the month. That pilot will earn a $500.00 credit to there VAFS account (virtual cash), a POM plaque, recognition on the front page of the website and forums, permanent posting on the WALL OF FAME page on the website with there stats for earning the award for that month.
We appreciate every pilot's hard work they do here for Era Virtual, but every month there is always that one pilot putting that extra effort that will earn the Pilot Of The Month Award.
