I just wanted to update everyone that tech support for SmartCars is in full swing to fix the issues addressed within the last month including the aircraft not on ground and failing to file pirep error messages. Please bear with us. If you continue to have issues, we advise users to switch to kacars as provided in the downloads section. Both acars programs are designed for Ravn Alaska Virtual. Kacars is more designed as a custom acars for us and we prefer users to use this system as opposed to Smartcars. If tech support cant resolver the issues soon, we may disable the smartcars program temporarily until the issues get resolved. We will notify everyone if this becomes the case. Please bear with us during these fixes.
