Unable to log in. Error message "Invalid User Name" when using email address or ID (ERA 508)

The proper format for the callsign is "ERR508." What email address are you using? I will check the one you have on file with us.

Maybe the problem come from my new system.
I use Win 8.1 Pro (64 Bit)
My antivirus program is Bitdefender Antivirus Plus. I was disable the antivirus and try to log in on SmartCars, but it did not work.

Same is on kACARS

Can you verify the version/update of each acars program you have installed? Please verify the url is correct with "eravirtualairways.COM" and not with our old .NET site.

I think it's the new software. The SmartCars was starting update if i was start it.

Hmm... Maybe it would be happen that i can't log in because i was more that 3 Month not online.
As my old PC-System crashed i must configurate a new PC-System and it takes long time to get all the components and licences.

There is an issue with the SmartCars program, not Era related. They will be issuing a fix by the end of the week hopefully. I will let you know when it is resolved so you can download the new file. You are still marked active so as long as you type the right password it should log you on.
