This is an invitation and an update for the 1st. Annual Christmas Run to be held on Dec. 15th and Dec. 18th. at various times. We will meet in TeamSpeak 15 mins. prior to the starting time to get organized. We will be using Vatsim during the event but we’ll do our communications on Teamspeak. We'll just monitor 122.80 and if a controller is scheduled I'll let him know of our plans. We should not have to worry about ATC as we are going to be VFR. Set your weather to "FAIR WEATHER" in the Weather Themes in Flight Sim and make sure the time is the middle of the day so you have sunlight. Flying in the Mt. McKinley area in the winter time can be, realistically speaking, a white-out! If you have any questions please feel free to email / PM / or see me on TeamSpeak. The flight will take just over an hour or so. Spawn into PAIN and then move off to the grass (or snow) area so others can spawn in. Check the original post for all the details as to loading the 208. It’s a fun little route and we hope you enjoy the event. This will be one of our first events and since we are growing daily it'll be a great chance to get to know one another.
