Unalakleet- Attention all pilots out there flying the Era Virtual Airways skies! Here in Unalakleet, our operations are ever-expanding and we need your help. We are looking for a dedicated pilot to step up to Hub Manager. Keep in mind that Era Virtual Airways's largest and most popular hub is Unalakleet. Prerequisites:
*Applicant must be at least 18 years old
*Applicant must have a positive flight record with no prior suspensions
*Applicant must have at least 3 months of service with Era Virtual Airways prior to applying
*Applicant must be an active member of Era Virtual Airways AND Era Virtual Airways Forums
*Applicant must be able to log-on everyday for a minimum of 1 hour to address hub duties.
*Applicant must be able to fulfill ALL duties of Hub Manager position for a minimum of 6 months from date of hire into position.
*Applicant must have a minimum of 75 Hours (Only 15 Hours Transferrable will be considered as part of the minimum 75 Hrs)

Position Requirements/Duties:
*Manage up to 20 pilots on a daily basis
*Maintain/update routes to/from PAUN hub(with Board Approval)
*Maintain communication with members of PAUN hub
*Approve/Reject PIREPs out of PAUN Hub
*Provide support for members of PAUN hub by means of Teamspeak, Email(provided by us), and Forums
*Report any issues to the Board of Directors
*Provide HUB specific event ideas to Operations Manager to keep hub members active.
