Attention all Era Virtual Airways Pilots and Want-to-be pilots:

Era Virtual Airways website was attacked by a spammer/hacker that got onto the host server which we are hosting with. The host server admins have identified the problem and are working on solutions. However in an attempt to get the site back up and running, as webmaster, I will be restoring our server and all files from the only backup not yet accessed by the spammers. This backup was intentionally hidden by me on the server in an attempt to save our rears, in the event something like this happens. Please pardon our dust as we are in the process of the restore. It should take a few hours. After that point I will update you all again. It is very much so possible that most pilots will be missing from the roster. Contact us immediately if you do not see yourself on the roster after it is restored. We apologize for the delays this may have caused.

The host's server has been completely shut down by the hackers. We are in the process of switching servers. Please allow a few days to be transferred and operational again. Thank you all for your patience.

We have activated with a new host. Our site should be up and running in the next 72hrs under eravirtualairways.com (not .net). When it becomes active we will be updating all pilots. Thank you again for your patience.

Era Virtual Airways is on the final stretch of getting the site back online. We are currently working through a few last minite bugs in preparation for the live release of the site. We expect the site to be running and ready by monday evening. We understand and apologize for any delays as this was a rough transition...all thanks to a few hackers. Eravirtualairways.com will be the new site. It is still a work in progress. Almost done. All users should go to the site and try to login. If you cannot please reapply and I will readd you to the roster....if you come across any error messages, please email me at eramaintman@gmail.com or private message on here and include the entire error message and if able a screenshot and ill attempt to get it resolved. Keep in mind all flights are lost if completed post may19th. We will do our best to restore what we can. We are slowly coming back but eanted to share progress with everyone. Wow! What a trip you've been on getting us back online..Thank You!! This is the first time since being hacked that i h ave gotten anyway close to the website of the forum. FYI, I keep recieving this below ERROR Messzage. Perhaps I need to completey re-install CARS?? Not sure...and, I haven't been able to sign into the email as yet but I'll keep checking in that one. I hope everyone stayed with us.... DAve

OK, Cam, I got into the email "round cube". I have no addresses (but you probably already know this) I mention it only to keep you apraised of things from my end. I'll check into ACARS later on. No hurry. It would be nice to meet on TS with you and Bill just to catch up. I can even stay up until the vampires come out if necessary.
