Afternoon all,

Iv'e been trying to submit an application but keep getting the error below when clicking submit. I have read the post about the Captcha codes but have tried numerous times with no success.

Cannot add or update a child row: a foreign key constraint fails (`eravirtu_vms`.`phpvms_pilots`, CONSTRAINT `phpvms_pilots_ibfk_1` FOREIGN KEY (`code`) REFERENCES `phpvms_airlines` (`code`) ON UPDATE CASCADE)

I was having the same issue last night. Tried with both Chrome and Safari.

Just to update, have now tried with Internet Explorer too, no joy I'm afraid.

Thank you for your inquiry and application. We have looked into the situation and discovered a "qlitch" in the applicaiton process. It is presently being rectified and the applicaion process should be back up and running shortly. If you continue to expirence problems PLEASE let us know.

Sorry about the delays guys. I fixed the code issue. Please resend the applications. Let me know if you have anymore issues. I did a test pilot application and it and it appears to be working properly now. Thanks for the reporting on the issue.

Hello again. Sorry to report I still can't get it to work. Tried with both Chrome and IE. I double-checked everything, including the captchca, but it still won't take the application.

What error code is it giving? I have had several apps come in since the fix above. Maybe I can narrow down why it is failing on submit by the error code.

The captchca code needs no spaces between the words. Had this problem in the past so make sure all run together. Unless its a different problem that was the most common problem. Let us know it maybe something simple we can fix. Sorry for the delay.
